Chris Dorn

Chris is a seasoned professional from Florida with a distinguished background in leadership, banking, and real estate. After completing his service with the Marines in 1990, Chris ventured into the service industry where he honed his management skills over a decade, focusing on customer relations and team management.

In 2000, Chris transitioned into the financial sector as a Mortgage Broker, gaining expertise in conventional and commercial real estate financing. His roles necessitated the trusted handling of sensitive client information, while he navigated loans and assisted clients with significant financial decisions. Upholding fiduciary standards and ensuring regulatory compliance, Chris remained resolutely customer-focused.

His journey continued at Century Bank in the Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) department, further diversifying his experience by selling mortgage programs to other lenders and working on construction-to-permit projects. Displaying a keen understanding of organizational goals and effective negotiation skills, Chris steadily climbed the ladder, becoming the OREO Asset and Property Maintenance Manager for Iberia Bank in 2010.

With over two and a half decades of banking industry experience, including finance, sales, titles, and appraisals, Chris has cultivated a unique ability to expertly evaluate, problem-solve, and manage large-scale projects. His success in fostering collaboration between teams, clients, and operational units is a testament to his leadership abilities.

Chris brings operational efficiency and clear project management to the team. His extensive background in banking and real estate enables him to uniquely navigate and resolve client scenarios.

Currently residing in Sarasota, Florida, with his wife, Nicole, Chris enjoys renovating old homes, boating, and traveling with friends and family in his spare time.
