This agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the scope of engagement between you (“Client”) and Mountain Crypto Advisers, LLC (“MCA”).

Client is engaging MCA for a forty-five (45) minute consultative planning call (the “Consultation”) to discuss Client’s tax and estate planning needs and to gain further clarity regarding the services that MCA offers through its network of strategic partners. The fee (the “Consultation Fee”) for Consultation will be Five Hundred Dollars ($500) plus a Three- and One-Half Percent (3.5%) transaction fee paid prior to the Consultation. The Consultation Fee is non-refundable.

If Client decides to engage MCA for services beyond the Consultation (“Additional Services”), the Consultation Fee will be credited toward Additional Services provided by MCA or its network of strategic partners.

If Client decides to engage MCA or any of its strategic partners for Additional Services, Client understands that any money Client pays to MCA will be for whatever Additional Services are desired by and agreed-upon by the Client through a separate agreement. Any money paid for Additional Services (an “Additional Service Fee”) will be paid to MCA by the Client for the services client will receive and for the coordination of the services being offered through MCA, its affiliates, and strategic partners. MCA does not provide tax, legal, insurance, or investment advice directly.

By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
