  7. The Brookhaven logo, name, and domain is owned and operated by Brookhaven Holdings, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. The Armis Strategies logo, name, and domain is owned by Armis Strategies, LLC. The Bison Advisors, LLC, logo, name, and domain is owned by Bison Advisors, LLC.  
  8. Brookhaven does not provide trustee services and is not a registered trust company under any jurisdiction. Attornies Melanie B. Holliman and Glenn T. Truitt may serve as Trustee, individually and separately, through a separate engagement. 
  9. Brookhaven Tax & Accounting Professionals, LLC, may provide agency services for the accounting, tax preparation, and reporting of trustee services provided by Melane B. Holliman and/or Glenn T. Truitt through a separate agreement with each attorney, individually. Brookhaven Tax & Accounting Professionals, LLC, and not affiliate of Brookhaven Tax & Accounting Professionals, LLC, provides trustee services to any client or entity.
