Crystal M. Henry, Esq. is a Senior Estate Planning Attorney with BrookHaven Legal. Her primary daily practice includes crafting custom-tailored estate plans for her clients, centered around asset protection, generational wealth planning, and privacy.

Prior to joining the BrookHaven team, Crystal was a litigation attorney, focusing on real estate, foreclosure, and probate litigation. Crystal applies this experience to her work with BrookHaven by crafting air-tight trust and estate documents to ensure they can hold up against litigants and creditors.

Crystal grew up in Brentwood, Tennessee, and attended college at Middle Tennessee State University, where she majored in Political Science with a Pre-Law concentration. She attended Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, Tennessee, where she was a member of the Moot Court competition team, and a Dean’s Cup Appellate Argument Competitor.

Aside from her work as an attorney, Crystal has also been a professor of undergraduate pre-law paralegal studies at Nashville State Community College since 2021. She teaches legal writing, civil litigation, real estate law, and family law courses to aspiring legal professionals in her community.

In all stages and facets of her career, Crystal has taken a client-first approach, focusing on clear and frequent communication with her clients, and prioritizing client involvement with a thorough explanation of all documents being drafted and executed for each client’s individual estate needs.
